A service-disabled veteran, Selena brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to every engagement — grounded in integrity, accountability, and results-driven execution.

With a background spanning management consulting, administrative operations, logistics coordination, program support, and construction oversight on projects exceeding $800M in cumulative value, Selena built LiteWork to provide federal and state agencies with a responsive, certified small business partner that delivers with the precision of a larger firm and the agility of a small one.

Under her leadership, LiteWork is actively pursuing federal contracts and opportunities across Maryland and Texas, while holding SBA certifications as an SDVOSB, WOSB, VOSB, and EDWOSB and Maryland state certifications as a CSB and VSBE.
